Privacy notice

Template requiring legal review before commercial launch. The operator must confirm its legal identity, contact details, retention policy and processing arrangements.

What information is collected

Planlistly stores business account details and appointment information. Customers provide their name, e-mail address and phone number so the business can arrange and manage their appointment. Please do not enter medical information or other sensitive details into booking fields.

How information is used

Booking information is used to deliver the appointment service, prevent duplicate bookings and send appointment messages when e-mail delivery is configured. It is not collected for advertising. Businesses are responsible for explaining their own use of customer information and identifying an appropriate lawful basis.

Who can access it

The business receiving your booking can access your appointment details. The platform operator and its hosting, e-mail and billing providers may process the information needed to operate the service. The operator must identify its processors and international transfer arrangements before commercial launch.

Cookies and security

A necessary, secure session cookie keeps business administrators logged in. No advertising cookies are used. Passwords are hashed and access to business records is restricted. Local backups support recovery.

Retention and your rights

Contact the business directly to request access to, correction of or deletion of booking data. Business administrators should contact the platform operator for account enquiries. Applicable rights may include restriction, objection and portability. The operator must publish a confirmed retention schedule and privacy contact before commercial launch. You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Booking acknowledgement

Submitting a booking acknowledges that the business will use your contact details to arrange and manage the appointment. It does not sign you up to marketing.
