Terms of use

Template requiring legal review before commercial launch. The operator must add its legal identity, service address and applicable commercial terms.

Using Planlistly

Planlistly provides appointment-booking tools for businesses. Keep your account details secure and provide accurate service information. Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, unsolicited messages or collecting unnecessary sensitive information.

Appointments

Appointments are arrangements between customers and the business providing the service. Contact that business about changes, cancellations, prices and service disputes. Planlistly does not collect customer payments for appointments.

Plans and billing

Plan allowances apply to active services, active staff and new bookings created each calendar month in the business timezone. Cancelled bookings still count towards that month’s usage. Existing records are preserved when a plan changes. Demo plan activation takes no payment and creates no paid subscription. Live subscription terms, taxes, cancellation and refund policies must be confirmed before paid billing is enabled.

Your responsibilities

Businesses remain responsible for their services, customer communications, privacy notices and lawful handling of customer data. Maintain appropriate records and keep availability up to date.

Availability and changes

The service may require maintenance. The operator should publish support arrangements, service limitations, termination procedures, liability terms and governing law after legal review. These starter terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
